Whether you're just getting started with us, or you've had a long break, this plan was created for you! It is designed to meet the needs of everyone from our Everyday Athletes to Elite Athletes whom are seeking world class coaching in performance nutrition by our sports dietitian. The three month launchpad includes everything that you need to optimize the nutrition piece in order to accomplish your goals. This is the single payment option (see nutrition plan dashboard for 3 payment plan). Plan includes:

• 1 Initial 60 minute Video Call
• Review of your dietary habits, patterns, and goals
• Initial fueling plan and periodic food logging reviews
• Weekly physical, mental and emotional check-ins through our secure site
• Bi-weekly 30 minute accountability check-ups: Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 (weekly check-ups if warranted)
• Access to RD by text for questions, restaurant menu support & grocery shopping support
• Free access to specific custom made FXP Athlete handouts
